- Agent listings or asking prices — these are commercial data, not government records.
Coverage
Phase 1 focuses on England & Wales, which covers around 89% of UK residential properties. Scotland (Registers of Scotland, Scottish EPC register) and Northern Ireland are on the roadmap.
